I’d like to circle back and thank everyone who participated in our August 31st fundraiser. The event raised $1,323 for Hamden’s Animal Shelter Gift Fund.
•Special thanks go to Eamonn Ryan and his staff at The Playwright Irish Pub, Restaurant & Banquet Facility. You could always count on these community-minded folks for consistently great food and service.
•Also, thank you to Ronald Dievert and the Barn Rats. The pleasurable weather allowed them to play on the back patio, which worked out well.
•Lastly, Gimme Shelter would like to thank Liz Hellwig from Framed, Custom Framing, for her continued support.
The Hamden Animal Shelter Gift Fund currently stands at $74,044.97.
